Great Costume Ideas – The Village Halloween Parade 2010!!!

The Sunday before last, in New York, we had the chance to see thousands of costumers, puppets, and floats march up 6th Avenue as part of the 38th Annual Village Halloween Parade. Over 2 million people were estimated to be present on the chilly evening; which seemingly had very little effect on costume choices for some
